Dr. Duke enjoys a very diverse clinical neurosurgical background providing care for both adult and pediatric patients. He is well versed in all facets of anterior and posterior approaches to the spine from the craniocervical junction to the sacrum. In addition to general intracranial neurosurgery, Dr. Duke also treats patients using the NNI Gamma Knife Center.  His particular area of clinical specialty is complex spine surgery.
