The Western Regional Center for Brain & Spine Surgery treats a wide range of neuro-related pain disorders. Among the chronic pain procedures offered by the center are carpal tunnel release, spinal cord stimulators, narcotic pump implants, and nerve decompression.

WRCBSS uses a conservative approach that first tries for non-surgical therapies and medications to control pain.  It is only after non-invasive or minimally invasive therapies prove ineffective that surgical options are explored.
