Dr. Forage has extensive surgical expertise in the treatment of degenerative and traumatic disorders of the cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacral spine; as well as expertise in treating disorders and diseases of the brain and peripheral nervous system.  Dr. Forage received his residency training at UCLA Medical Center and served as a Neurosurgical and Spine Fellow at world-renowned Barrows Neurological Institute. Prior to joining WRCBSS, Dr. Forage was the head of spine surgery at Loma Linda University, CA.
