Dr. Duke enjoys a very diverse clinical neurosurgical background providing care for adults. He is well versed in all facets of spine surgery and strives to provide patients relief of symptoms using a conservative approach.  His particular area of clinical specialty is complex spine surgery.  Dr. Duke is often able to provide patients with less invasive options that have less risk and faster recovery time.
