Before coming to Las Vegas, Dr. Anson was on the faculty at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine in Albuquerque from 1992 to 1996, where he directed the Cerebrovascular and Skull Base Surgery Services. Dr. Anson is skilled in all aspects of neurological surgery with particular expertise in cerebrovascular surgery, skull base surgery, trigeminal neuralgia, and pituitary tumors. He has extensive experience in all types of spinal surgery. He has been on the faculty of national courses sponsored by the American Association of Neurological Surgeons to instruct other neurosurgeons on new techniques for spinal surgery.  Dr. Anson is a licensed pilot with over 20 years experience and presently flys to outreach clinics in Lake Havasu City and Cedar City, Utah.
